Just drove 2002 SE 6speed

Has anyone else noticed the amount of outside noise? I was on the highway and the wind noise was really bad. I was looking to see if one of the windows were down. Are they all this bad or is this what you should expect out of a 30k car? But the power was SWEET! Charles

The two I test drove were really quiet at highway speed. I couldn't believe how quiet they were.

maybe the car you tested had some of the exterior rubber sealing out of place or something it happens, and dealers usually arent smart enough to fix it

No, like i said....it was very loud. The road noise wasnt bad on city streets, but on the highway it was horrible. Guess it was just the wind? Charles

FWIW, we drove a 2002 Altima and there was some of that white plastic stuck to the roof. You know the stuff they wrap the car in to protect the paint while it sits in the lot. It had started to peel back partially and made a gawd-awful noise at speed.
