Last night I hit up Home Depot to pick up a storm door. Hey they are 60% off? I put two 2x4's thru the pass thru placed the door into the trunk on top of the 2x's, then put (2) 40lb bags of Pellets (for pellet stove) on top of the door and shoved them under the rear deck. I then put a racheted tie down from the lower trunk latch round the end of the door then connected the other side to the RSTB. Added a few bunges to keep the trunk closed. Oh and don't forget the little red flag to keep you legal. hehe...

I had about 5 feet of 80+lbs of door hanging out the back of the Max. Who needs a truck? And people think the RSTB offers no real benefit. Bah umbug...

last christman i went and bought a fake tree instead of getting a real one.. cause i would not put the tree on the roof!!

 

There is a Home Depot right up the street from me and I love watching people doing home projects trying to bring home 15 foot long planks or what not in civics and stuff. Some a re very creative when they need it be.
