1999 Maxima (Auto) or 1998 Maxima (5 Spd)

Right now, I own a 1999 Maxima SE. It's automatic. While I love this car, and I've put quite a bit of money into it.. Me and automatic transmissions don't get along too well. So, I've been considering selling mine and buying a 1998 with a 5 spd manual transmission. The car has been maintained very well. I'm stuck deciding. Now, I know that the decision is ultimately up to me, but I'd like owners of both autos and 5 speeds to weigh in on this to help. What would you guys recommend?

I have a automatic 97 maxima se exactly the same car in that picture with 301,720 miles on it with original transmission still running like new and I have got say that it takes off really fast for an automatic and it shifts really great as well plus no maintenance at all besides changing transmission fluid when its due to be changed.

I own an 01 five speed and my wife owns an 01 auto. The 5speed is way more fun to drive and a bit quicker.
