Coil rates

I talked to one guy at Ground Control who said they recommend the 450 lb. springs. Harsh! I then talked to Terry Reyes there and he got me into the 380 lb. Eibach springs made just for them. These are what Barry Chafin runs in his autocrosser. I love these springs; decent ride, good handling, better spacing (7 coils) than my old Carrera springs (8 coils, which caused binding). They are fatter in the middle than the ends, unusual for coilovers, and at full compression are actually around 400 lbs. Mine are 8" springs, run with Konis. I like this setup.

3 More Needed!

And yes, I'm getting Coilovers Nine7Max! I'm keeping the Sprints in case I don't like the way the Coilovers ride, in which case I'll be selling the coilovers. The reason I decided to go with the Coilovers is because I plan to get a body kit in the Spring, so I'll be able to raise the car back up in the winter to avoid "snowplowing".

Do I need to get like shocks or struts with the coilovers before I have them installed ?

it is recommended that you get aftermarket shocks with your coilovers.
