Basically, you will plug your phone into your car and your audio, navigation, etc will run directly on your phone, but will be displayed on the car's screen and the sound will come out of the car's sound system.

It's a nice alternative to installing a tablet in your car.

Nissan is on the list of partners, so there is a good chance that in a year or two, new Maximas may come with this technology.
