What are you NA guys doing to make more power, and do any of you have dyno results? Just wondering, because I know Unorthodox makes pulleys for the Max, but I don't remember seeing anyone listing them as mods.

Dyno of a NA max..>

I have the four basic mods on my '95SE 5-speed.
Y-pipe,Cold air intake, GReddy cat-back exhaust, Jim Wolf ECU. The pulley is questionable along with the RT catalytic converter. The only thing left would he honing but that can get very expensive. The ECU is giving me 10+ ft/lbs of torque at the wheels and without it most cars are 195 ft/lbs. There arn't many with the Wolf ECU.

Zprime took it from me at a dyno meet back in jan 2000. I was talking about the stock auto 97se's and how they magically dyno less than 5spds. Next thing I know everyone is laughing at me and saying automagic. I believe both of the stock automagic 97s did like 147whp/156wtq. My 87 max did 110whp/137wtq with just a cone filter .

I saw this thread, and I knew I hadn't posted anything recently. Then I saw the post date.
