Yeah, I think its pretty much shot. Fully compressed with no-load on it at all.
The return process has begun. If anyone out there is considering purchasing new suspension parts I highly recommend www.shox.com. I no longer had my orignal proof of purchase, and Mark from shox was kind enough to take time out of his day to look up my order, print a duplicate invoice, fax it to Koni, and call Koni to get the wheels rolling on this.
