Better Jack Stands

Might not be very new according to the video date (2010) but hey it's nice to see the 5.5 Gen!!

I wonder if there's a way to make something fit over the jack itself to lift both sides of the vehicle at the same time, then lower onto a similar type of jack stand.

Thanks for sharing. This is the best idea I've seen in a while.

I like that jackstand idea, but when I went to their website, all I got just info but no pricing available, however I had email the contact info and never got anything back.

The concept is rather simple. Jack the car and lower onto a metal stand. Then jack the wheel supported by that stand until you can lock the stand in it's raised position. Repeat for the other three wheels.

Speaking of that, how difficult would it be to link two stands together? Meaning lift one front wheel, lower onto a stand and then lift the other front wheel to lower on the other stand. Then you just lift both stands at the middle.
