it looks like the weapon R intake but i dont think their filter is that big.....is it?

Heh...the lower half of the airbox is still there...seems to kind of defeat the purpose of more airflow if you keep the stock restriction in place.

I would avoid foam filters as they have a proven record of not filtering too well. Other intakes have a cotton mesh which filters better, but I have a feeling nothing filters as good (dirt wise) as a stock paper filter.

Looks ugly, but the filters still open to breathe 360 degrees. Maybe a small cold air charge through the stock piping? Need to test with a temp probe but the difference in power either way would be very small.
