It should just be a direct swap,just unclip the old one and then clip in the SMX it should be real easy to do,and painting should be between $50-$100 depending on were you get it painted.
Clips? Mine screwed in from the top. Well, here's a pic. I had a body shop install it, and paint it. Should only be $50 max for the paint. I installed mine when I wrecked my car, so insurance bought mine!
