So I finially faxed all my paperwork to Koni on Monday of this week. I hadn't heard back from them, so I figured that I will give them a call this Monday.

Well, I get home from work today and there was a brand new Koni insert waiting at my door! I never even had to send the blown one back. Needless to say I am very pleased with Koni right now.

I am going to be selling these. I bought AGX's 'cause I figured that this warrenty process could take weeks if not months. Guess I was wrong!

I was going to go with AGXs as well but after hearing of such good customer service from Koni I might just reconsider.

I was missing the white piece on both konis when I received a new set and Gordon Benson from Koni sent me one it got to me in 3 days, he even gave me instructions. I understand alot of you guys dont want to do the cut the stock shocks etc... but think about it after one year what if something goes wrong, so I prefer the lifetime warranty maybe thats why we pay a bit more then the KYB AGX, never the less KYB reps are very helpful as well. I am planning on getting my wife some KYB ADJ, since koni doesnt make an application for her car.
