headlight blowing up

This is the 2nd time my headlight bulb blew up in my housing. I have a headlight harness, and I know that I didn't touch the bulb, b/c I've been driving w/ these bulbs for 2 weeks now. I was driving home last night, but I was using my high beams a lot, and when I was switching to my normal beams, that's when it blew. Do you think it could be a bad harness or plug, or need a new place to ground?

I had that happen to me a month after taking delivery. I'd say it was the bulb rather than switching on the high beams too many times.
