Can idle be adjusted?
Can idle be adjusted?
Since I put in the Place Racing engine mounts in my '97 SE I have a strong vibration at idle. My tach shows idle around 6000 rpm. Just a hair more (another 500-1000) and the engine smooths out, but it's hard to give that tiny bit of gas; the engine wants to rev past that point. I can see adjusting screws in the engine bay, but I'm sure idle is controlled by the ECU. Is there any way to make an adjustment here? The only upside to this vibration is it feels like a "Magic Fingers" vibrating recliner chair, so I try to enjoy the massage
