www.altimateparts.com sent me an email showing some items. One of them is the Throttle Body Spacer. They claim "The Throttle Body Spacer Enhances Mid Range Power, Toque and Fuel Efficiency. Gives your Vehicle Better Air Flow which increases Power."
Wonder anybody know that?

Yes it does, but you can also do the same thing by increasing the thickness of the throttle body gasket.

Better midrange power: If so, then at loss of upper
Better torque: more Torque AND power? = more BHP AND Horsepower!
Better fuel efficiency: Bollocks
Better aiflow: Define better. More=NO! More efficient runner length for midrange power = probably, but at the cost of a less efficient runner length for top end power.

It's a truck mod, not a car mod. trucks don't need top end so they don't miss it.
