2017 Maxima Timing Chain & Weird Issue

I am wondering if I am seeing possible starting signs of timing chain issues. This morning I went out and started my maxima and upon startup there was a rattle that lasted maybe 5-10 secs and went away. Starting it again throughout the day the rattle hasn't came back.

I'll upload a video to vimeo of it idleing. I don't know if I'm hearing timing chain noise while at idling or if it's just the noisey 3.5L VQ lifters. It seems to be running ok with no codes or check engine light. I'll also try to get a video of the rattle from a cold start of overnight sitting tomorrow and see if it returns.

Maxima has 133,149 miles and no major issues outside of replacing CV axles and Wheel Bearing Assemblys but I do have a weird issue of my back passenger floorboard being wet even on dry days. The loud whine noise is the electric steering pump that nissan says is normal but seems loud.

This is obviously a cell phone video next to the engine while idleing. I am moving the phone around the engine throughout.
