How do you figure out how much paint (and clear coat) you need to to paint a part of the body like just the bumper or just the hood?
Any recommended place to get paint?
Are there places like homedepot that mix and create the color for you.

 

Yeah ... go to Home Depot for your automotive paint.

I recommend Behr Ultra 1 or Benjamin Moore Aura.

... and a roller works better than a brush on exterior body parts.

 

Maaco $199 Ambassador paint special, paint the whole car. Better than Home Depot...guaranteed.

 

Choices choices....should he go with semi-gloss or gloss?
and don't forget a rattle can of clear coat!

Napa will mix up paint, either rattle spray can or for bigger amounts for a spray gun.
