Is this engine noise normal?

Just did an oil change on my 07 with 120k miles and was wondering if this is normal or rod knocking? I just started noticing I'm burning oil although since it just started I have no clue how much I am losing per miles. I've owned it since 104k miles and have done 5k oil intervals and the previous two owners took very good care of it getting serviced etc. This is my first car so don't flame me if this is normal engine sound lol!

My car sound similar/ Id describe it as sounding like a truck engine

I think its pretty cool and I dont have rod knock, but Im not sure if it is good or not

my cars shortfeul trim and long feul trim are negative with 0 being perfect so I think thats something to do with it

watch this should make you feel better

This is one of the reasons I got rid of my 06
check your oil level every 2k miles -
I was adding one qrt about then.

lucas engine restore used and adding oil frequency dropped, but not by much

How many miles do you have? Does not sound too bad. Changing your plugs, wires and alternator cap might help.
