Someone please help me!

Ugh so i bought a 2006 Nissan Maxima from someone on marketplace. He told me nothing was wrong with the car and everything worked. My step dad test drove it and said it was good to go so he bought it. Well as soon as i got home it started acting up, here’s my long list of problems: 1.when i’m in park and go to reverse it jolts just a little, when i go from reverse to drive it’s jolts bad, like it doesn’t want to shift. 2. when i’m driving between 0mph and 40mph it does not want to shift into gear the way a car is suppose to. 3. once i hit above 40mph i’m normally ok other then it seems to not want to go past 3rpm at all. 4. there’s a clicking type noise coming from the front. 5. my sterling is making loud annoying noises now. 6. my horn doesn’t work, nor does my doom lights or my ac. (it blows just not cold air)
when i reached out to the guy that we bought it from about selling me this piece of ****, especially when i have two young kids, he BLOCKED me on everything. So here i am, 27 years old finally got my own car, which is my first car, and i am having all of these problems and have no clue what to do or do i have anyone they will help me even look at it.

Get onto judge Judy show fast

“ ….The only legal terms that cover a private sale contract are: The seller must have the right to sell the car. The vehicle should match the description given by the seller. The car must be roadworthy – it is a criminal offence to sell an unroadworthy car.Dec 8, 2021 ……..”

have a mechanic write up a order what’s wrong with the car.
Don’t drive it after for no reason
file Court Claim
use Uber/Lyft to get around, or buy a more reputable and inspected with warranty vehicle

you should be able to get your money back in Court
