Has any one ever seen or heard of Power Racing Wheels? Are they any good? They make a 16x7 six spoke rim that weighs 14.3lbs, he qouted me $160ea via e-mail and their site says $170ea! The offset is +42 will this work on a Maxima? I found them through a company called Blackheart Performance, has any one done buisness with this company?

Here is their link... http://www.blackheartpower.com/powerracing.html

Here is some pictures of the rims in silver and bronze. Do you think bronze will look good on a black max? Thanks for any input.

Look nice and are lightweight, but...

7" is not really wide enough. 225's would obviously fit better than on (stock) 6.5"ers, but really I'd hold out for 7.5" or even 8" 16's. Wheel width makes a big difference in quickening turn-in response and ultimate roadholding G's. I'd keep looking until you find some similarly lightweight 16x7.5s. Just my opinion.

FYI did you know that the stock last-gen RX7 16" wheels are 16x8's, came with 225-50's, and only weight ~15 lbs ea? Just an FYI. They look (at least pretty) nice and are the right specs (lightweight and wide). Bolt patterns and offset are perfect also, from what I found when looking into them awhile back.

Keven, do you have any pics of a Max with the RX-7 wheels mounted? If so, could you post 'em, or something?

TIA

I checked out those wheels....

I thought they were pretty sweet (especially in bronze), but I was worried because no one can give me an answer on who really makes the rims. I wanted to know who to talk to if I had questions or problems with the wheels. I'd recommend buying some more "well known" wheels. Enkei RPO1s and Kosei K1 are good lightweight choices. The K1s come in 16X7.5, but they are a ***** to get. The Tirerack seems to be the only place that can get the K1s and they only get a few sets in from Japan every few months. Mine are finally shipping out today after 3 weeks of delays. The K1s cost $159 and the RPO1s cost $189. You can always get the RX-7 or 300ZX wheels. Both are 16X8 and weigh around 16lbs. Volks are also an option if you've got the cash.

The stock 3rd Gen RX7 wheel specs are:

Diameter is 16 in

Wheel width measured inside the rim lips is 8 inches.

Wheel width measured outside the rim lips is 8.5 inches.

Offset is 50 mm (1.97 inches)

Centerbore is 67.06 mm

Bolt pattern is 5 on 4.5 inches (114.3mm)

Weight is 15.5 to 16 lbs depending the year of release.

The off set is kinda big and the bolt pattern is different, Will they work?

Where to get 10mm spacers? Hubcentric rings?

I've been looking for these specs for a while. Thanks!
Anyone know where to get the above to make these work on a 4th gen? Also will they clear a 300zx caliper setup?

Not sure who makes 'em but I seem to always see...

... them on sale with Enkei wheels. Coincidence?
I think that they're very popular with the Civic crowd.
They seem like quite a value.
I don't have an SCC handy, but I was pretty sure that I was able to find better prices on these when I was looking for Volk prices.
