well when i first had my max.. it was limited to 119 mph and hers has no limiter.. i took hers to 130 mph with VTEC screaming.. so technically hers was faster than mine at one point..

How did you make that? H22A's were DOHC VTEC, F23's weren't. H23A1's were available in 92-96 Prelude Si's, 160hp non-VTEC. I didn't know the new H23A's had VTEC though. Please clarify.

USDM had H22A w/ VTEC and H23A w/o VTEC.

I had a USDM H23A/H22A Hybrid Motor with enough titanium in the motor to make you pop a blood vessel when I tell you the price tag of that damm motor.
Need you to do me a favor when you get a chance. You can probably PM me on this but I need to know what are the best parts to use for tune ups like plugs aftermarket brakes and pads, etc. I can get into greater detail later.

I had a Maxima as my beater car when I had my 300ZX. I didn't need the Max any longer once I got rid of the Z.

I know it all but don't post on here as much as I use to

Hehehe, so you are taking pics of your neighbor's ride

I knew it all along, you're a 14 year old kid who has a 1/16" model of a Lightning ... and NO MAXIMA!!!

All that talk about being in college, working your as* to pay for your mods ... all lies

My apologies on the JDM, I'm not too accustomed to import codes yet. With the exception of turbo terms. I have read a few articles on VTEC hybrids and seen the subject on some other message boards. My understanding was that it was very difficult to get the H22A head to work properly on the H23 block, however since it was an aftermarket I'm guessing they took care of all the mechanical/electronic difficulties. What all parts did you have made from Titanium? What price are you asking, I might know some people that would be interested in such a motor? Thanks.

My H22/23 Hybrid Titanium parts list: valve springs, retainers, rods, wrist pins, front suspension springs(yes they exist), header was custom exhaust tuned titanium, front rotors.
The motor was built by OLM-R of Visalla,CA using their 238A. "Assassin" Race Kit and Super Lite Special which included Magnesium wheels. Armtech tach w/ tell tale feature. The car was run on 9:1 mixture of 94 octane Sunoco gas and 100 octane CAM2 Race Fuel. Internals were completely blueprinted, and only ELF Racing oil was used.(Supplied by Paul Petrone Group, NY.)
I have buyer for the motor @ the current time. Selling price was $3800. I have USDM and JDM H22A going for $2200. I'm located in NYC.
