Rear seat swap

Anybody swap the maxima's rear seat (I have a 97) for a i30's rear seat with headrests? I was driving my mom's camry the other day and noticed she has rear head rests where my maxima does not. I did do a search, and all I came up with was "its been done before." But I would like to know if the leather matches, if theres any additional brackets that need to be added or what ever else.

Re: Rear seat swap

i have infiniti i30 seats out of a 98 infiniti i30T..

fit in the same exact brackets and all that.. with side airbags up front.. and the ever popular rear headrests.. all leather, no vinyl on the seats. more comfy as well.

Color matches perfect. I put the adjustable front headrests(a must have!) from my old 98 I30 into my 95 max and the leather was a perfect match. If you get 98-99 I30T seats the leather will be perforated and won't match, so make sure you don't get the T seats.

Hmm, very interesting indeed. Do you only need the top 1/2? How much did you pay for the thing? I got a quote for $200 for an i30 rear seat.
