What kind of spark plugs should I get for my 96 Max? What are some good brands/part number/prices? Thanks guys.

Don't complicate your life. Just get the OEM NGK platniums from Courtesy Nissan and be happy you did the right thing.

Denso Iridium plugs,

are supposed to be better then the OEM Platnium plugs,I have them they work perfectly fine they run about $12 a piece,I have read a few articles on them showing some decent power gains when compared to {New}OEM plugs for example a NA Honda Civic gained 2.5HP and some other car can't remeber what kind but it was running a Turbo Charger at about 30 PSI and gained like 30HP crazy but true.

What's good for the goose is not always good for the gander but those iridium plugs might be a decent alternative.
