I was heading home from a little Rug Rat B-Ball camp and I saw this big *** Black F150 with 20" Chrome rims and dual side exhaust.. I and he were cutting thru traffic(not racing just chillin) well I got a break away and decided to gun it to test out these new cheap as Mr. Tire brake pads I bought this past weekend. So I jump up to 110 and then the light turned red ahead of me and I waited and then slammed on brakes(talk about brake fade! it like the factory brakes again)... Well this F150 pulls next to me lookin' raw as ****!!! The light turns green and I stomp on it(just in case he wanted some and to test the brakes one last time).. This arrogant fool gives me a head start and then BLEW!! past me with out a sound from his exhaust.. I shut it down @110 when he was at lest 7 cars ahead.. Damn I was on a winning streak!!

 

Was it a lighting by chance? just with some 20"s?

I find that hard to beleave at 110. F-150 has a limiter at 90mph. my brother-in-law has a V8 F-150 stock and his hits a limiter at 90. so does my friends flairside. U sure it wasn't a lightning?

 

I wasn't ready, as if it would have mattered. I was at a light and I wasn't paying too much attention listening to the Sports Junkies. The light turned green and out of the corner of my eye I see the car next to me flooring it off the green light. I stomped on it, but he already had a half car lead on me. I was hanging with him and then all of the sudden I hear a turbo kicking in and I get a better view of what I'm racing.... a TT Z. Not even Doug with his fast 15.6 stick would be able to keep up with that! He gained even more distance to the point of embarrassment. I turned left into Giant and thought about my next car.

 

it was beautiful man...And fast.. I didn't notice any other writing on the back of it as it past but a ford symbol.. You got a pick of a Lightning..I think I can point him out in a line up..LOL!!

dood there are LOTS of fast trucks. There is a Tahoe in town, runs like low 13's... looks stock as hell.. rips people ALL the time at the illegals. CRAZY... I mean that thing is like 5000lbs... nuts.

You said Dual side exhaust right.. that's one thing a lightening has..

And the rims are 17's or 18's i think on a lightening...
You said they were chromed so they can't be stock..

But yeah the only F-150 that could pull that hard on a max and not hit the governer is a Lightening..
Don't feel bad..its got a S/C'd V8 pushin like 360 horse and sumitn like 380 lb-ft toruqe...
You never had a chance.. they run 13's bone stock at the track...

They also had a dual side exhaust and big, chrome wheels. I dunno how much power they're packing, but maybe the driver was just really good.

 

What fun things did you try with it?

If you put the parking brake on, you can smoke the tires forever.

 

Exactly what I was going to suggest. It comes with a really big V8 and doesn't stand out as much as he lightning (except the huge chromies).

 

If it was extended cab or 4 door, it was a harley truck. The Lightnings only come in standard cab.

20" chromes with the HD logo on the center cap, Lightning tuned exhaust, lowered, comes only in black with orange pinstriping. Oh yeah 260hp.

 

I have seen that Black F-150 about 10 times. I had the chance to get an up close and personal look when i saw the truck in a parking lot.
Its a F150 with some crazy mods and some body work.
The truck looks just like a Lightning except it has slightly different gfx. I could have told you it was quick.
I was with my friend once who has a 96 M3..
and he got a run for his money.

If it was a Harley F-150 He'd have killed it. It's got 260hp under the hood, but it's still a big, heavy (extended cab) truck. then again, it could have had a supercharger under the hood
