Racing with an Auto
#1
Just a general question here:
Let's say I am at a light getting ready to race someone.
I have an auto...should I just floor it? Should I put it in 1st then switch to D? Should I take O/D off?
Anyone know for sure or have a proven method?
I haven't raced anyone yet but I sure as hell plan on doing it. Just want to be prepared and know the correct use of the Auto tranny.
Thanks,
Roman

Then again, I don't recommend racing on the streets. Actually I am very against it.

Anytime man...I don't think it would be fair though...you know...the 2k 5speed vs. 93 Auto....you would whoop my behind. But if you want we can give it a go.
