Oh man, I'm so angry. I get out of school and go to my car, but I decide to go look at this kids BMW a little past my car. When I come back towards my car, I realize my corners are gone!!!!! I didn't know what to do. I knew they could be taken, because some guy posted this happened to him a few months ago, but I never thought anybody would actually steal clear corners for gods sake. I mean, I had my $125 trenz grille, and some rims with locks on them, but my CORNERS??? WTF!! I'm so angry. My car was parked in a nice residential neighborhood next to my school, so I obviously thought it would be safe there. Plus, there was a suped up BMW 20 feet away from my car. I'm debating wether or not to put my orange ones back in, because either they might get stolen for some reason, or they will just fall out because I don't feel like taking off my bumper or whatever I have to do to put them in right and do all the wiring. Any good ideas as to what I should do besides buy some new clears? Is there any way I can make them more secure in the bumper? And I know how long it will take for the clears to get to my door...

 

wtf, your's are the second one's to get jacked! someone else just posted the same thing. did you secure them in place with the nut behind the housing? is there a shortage or something of these that people have to rip them off cars??

 

I had mines stolen 2 weeks ago too.. The fact that it's one of the easiest mods to put on and take off makes it very appealing to thieves. On a 5thgen you can remove all the corners like in 2 mins..

 

Do a little search on the forums..there is something that you can do about it..I got mine stolen a while ago..But now I am secure it from behind..It's going to be tough to take it out now..

i warned u people be4 ..but no one listend to me ... when u put on the clear corners.... do it from the inside of the fender wall ...n put on a screw with a wide flat top so its doesnt pop off...only way takin them off is but breakin the whole thing off ....

last person that tried to steal mined ..... lets juss say he looked like this ..

 

forgot the *** chipped my paint too .... but itz all good ..i had my fun de-modin his face with my size 12 boot ....

go firgure he had his max part around the block ....

You know what's sick, it was probably done by a young Max enthusiast. Plug 'n' play time. If your entire car were gone, maybe it's pros after the parts. But just clears, some **** took them to put on his/her car. Too bad you can't distinguish them, because if you saw another Max with yours that person could face a little criminal record if they're 18 or over. But they may only be 14 based on their actions.

 

I guess since we got so much complaints about CustomMaxima sending out the wrong ones guys just been going around looking for diamond cut pair....

 

Mine were stolen 2 days ago also. They even cut the wires that go to the clear corners. I will drive with orange for now. Maybe later I will invest in some clears. PEOPLE WHO STEAL SHOULD GET A REAL JOB TO AFFORD CLEARS!
