Does n e 1 know how 2 wire their radar detector in2 their sunglass visor?

I remember reading that someone had done this ... does n e 1 know how this is done? Any info u can share? I got my Bel 980 a coupla days ago ...

Just for power and ground?

If so... i believe that the power is constant... you'll have to turn the unit on/off manually...

There are just two wires that extend from the headliner to the visors vanity mirrors.

Actually ... more 2 conceal the unit ... I can't remember when .. but I do recall someone did this ...

Seems it would be a similar project to my stealth box project I've been doing over the years... but instead of rear deck you just wire up under the headliner to the visor.

Your rear visibility would be awful and your front visibility would suck too (you're behind the tint band)

AM I missing something?
