Maxima Convertible

Someone mentioned to my wife that they were ordering a new Maxima that was either a 2 door or a 2 seater. Is there such a thing in the works?

Or a convertible either.

drea a a m, dream, dream, dream;

drea a a m, dream, dream, dream ...

My thoughts drift back to that custom Eagle Talon that had its back end converted to a pickup ... hahahahahahaha

I just realized, Nissan hasn't had a convertible since the good ol' days of the 300zx ...

Didn't someone post an image of one? They basically took out the entire back trunk and all. Looks like a pickup now

Would be impossible with the frame...WAY too much flex. You could put in support rolls, but they would look kinda bizarre, like those Cappuchino convertible GT cars.

Infiniti madea 2door version kinda. You can see how it kinda looks like a max but isnt one. I think it was an M class.

Are you talking about the M30 convertible? 'Cause Nismo1989 and I saw one here in Indy last week. I didn't get a chance to see it though since I was driving.

I made this way back. There is no reason that the maxima could not be a convertable if they had a two version, it would just require an X brace under the car kinda like they did with the vette.
