Is the Stillen front lip a whole new front bumper from the Aero kit or is it like and air dam that just bolts onto the factory bumper underneath it?

it's just a little skirt that bolts under the bumper. looks great though =)

The Stillen front lip just attaches to the bottom of the bumper. E-mail Gotrice? (Phuong) he can get it for $164.
