Which NGK sparkplugs?

Does anyone know the difference between the tow platinum NGK sparkplugs. I went to my local autoparts dealer and he quoted me at $3.50 for the regular NGK platinum plugs and $14 for the "high end" NGK plugs. Checked my owner's manual, my Chilton's and searched the org, but no real answers as to what the difference is, any benefits to a significantly more expensive plug or which I should get.

Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

I think most Nissan parts departments (online anyway) list the stock plugs at about $6 a piece, so I'm guessing that they're the "low end" plugs...

My dealer charges $11 for each NGK Platinum plug

The cheaper one is not Platinum it is Iridium which is still good at that price.

Go for the platinum. You will get about another 70K out of them anyhow. You can chaneg them now then forget about them for a while.

Our cars take the Platinum Lasers... which unfortunately ARE the expensive ones. Shop around or check the dealer.

I ran the iridium ones in my 97 5speed, I put them in wrong and screwed up the gap on one of them and my car ran very poorly, replaced them with the platinum ones from the dealer and car runs much better now
