All you have to do is call the company and they will tell you a tracking number for it. Put the bulb in a box with the number on it and send it to them,in about a week you will get a new one

sometimes warranties are only effective for the original owner. to get the best answer, call the company and ask them.

Thai,

I have the streetglow gold series on my car. I bought it off ebay. One of the bulbs came broken (no visible damage, but it didn't work). I called up streetglow, they gave me a return # and the address, I shipped it to them and received a new bulb in a bout a week. No questions asked.

Info...

My neon product stoped working, will Street Glow replace it?

If the bulb/glass is not broken then most of the time we will replace the item upon inspection by our techncians. Please call us to receive an RA number.
The catch is If the bulb/glass is not broken then most of the time

My front 30" under car kit bulb broke, is thier any way I can get it Replaced or do I just have to buy a whole new kit?

Check with the dealer you purchased the kit from, chances are, they sell the replacement tubes for the kit you purchased. If your dealer doesn't sell the replacement tubes, check around in the yellow pages. If you still can't find one, then check in some online stores. Or ask around in the message boards to see where you might find one.
All of the above is taken from the Street Glow site...

Don't forget: I can get you the replacement bulbs..!

I'm interesting in getting an underbody kit, but I have a few questions about them before I make my final decision.

- How are they installed underneath the car?
- How easy is the install, or is it better to have it professionally done?
- Can the tubes be seen while they are off, or are they hidden so they cannot be seen unless turned on? I don't have a body kit or anything so this is a big deciding factor for me.

That all depends? Do you have two Left hands? I have done it. I'm NOT even close to being a professional. Just took my time with it

When I did it after the tubes were up and I was DONE I went over the whole car and put Electrical tape over the Sides of the Bulb... The tape is the Perfect size to hide just the sides of the tubes and you can't see it. The GLOW is still on the ground and not out to the sides...

Go to: http://www2.zupsbasement.com:880/corner.htm and click on the Topaz link on left so see it... Hell this that is a TOPAZ one Fugly car NO kit no nothing.

Edit was corrected the URL at bottom...
