SC Grinding noise...

When my car is warmed up and idles down (1000rpm or less), my SC starts to make this grinding noise! However, when I rev it or whenever the RPMs get to 2000 or better, and my oil presure is above 25lbs, the noise stops! I figured it was because there wasnt enough oil being pumped into the SC since when the pressure goes up, the noise stops. I adjused my idle to keep it bewteen 1500 & 2000 and my oil pressure above 25lbs to stop that noise. Has anyone else ever expreienced this? Could it be something else besides low oil pressure? Thanx...

Are your oil pressure readings 'normal'. If they are, why not try to disassembly the 4AN oil feed line and try to clean it out? And/Or perhaps, use Gunk oil flush with a new oil/filter change. Good luck.

Did you just get the V2? Like stated above... the V2 does have a little 'cricket-like' sound at idle... but I wouldn't call it grinding.
