SC Grinding noise...

SC Grinding noise...
When my car is warmed up and idles down (1000rpm or less), my SC starts to make this grinding noise! However, when I rev it or whenever the RPMs get to 2000 or better, and my oil presure is above 25lbs, the noise stops! I figured it was because there wasnt enough oil being pumped into the SC since when the pressure goes up, the noise stops. I adjused my idle to keep it bewteen 1500 & 2000 and my oil pressure above 25lbs to stop that noise. Has anyone else ever expreienced this? Could it be something else besides low oil pressure? Thanx...
