Does anyone know what size the empty button on the dash is? And does anyone know if there is a button/switch that will fit in there snugly that can be easily popped out.

I bought a switch at AutoZone and it looked like it was the right size. But it was too big and I had a ***** of a time prying the damn thing out.

I went to two AutoZones and one PepBoys and everything else that they sold there was either too small or too big or had huge toggle switches on them.

Are you talking about the blank space to the right of the wheel? That was intended for the optional front passenger eject button. Unfortunately, that option was only available w/super pursuit mode, the roving red grille light, and...oh yeah, the cold weather package.

Does anyone know what that empty spot was really intended for? Perhaps some option on the models not offered in the US? Or was it just wasted space?

i think that space was used for the optional traction control module. Thats what my Nissan guy told me. Anyway i found my switch at ATV near me for like $5 and fits perfectly into that blank spot. Clavin gimme a call and ill go with you one day and pick one up with you.
