Someone PLEASE help with custom leather install (hog rings)

How do these damn hog rings go on? the new hog rings with those wierd clippers that dont seem to work that well. please w/b or email me with any helpful tricks. nymjayjay@aol.com

All the cloth is off its Its just hard to get the new hog rings back on with the leather covers.

Just stick one side of the hog ring through the leather and then stick the other side of the hog ring in the same place your old hog ring was located.

thanks man, what happened was that F*ckin the people who made the hog ring plyers made a groove on one side of the clamps part but it was flat on the other part making it impossible to grip the hog ring. It looks like I got a defective set of plyers.

Anyways I rigged it so I took a dremel and cut a groove were the groove should have been in the plyers. It was a pain in the @ss but it worked.

All I know is that Eric is going to hear is from me on monday about getting a deftective set of hog ring plyers cause Delio and I had to take a 30 minute trip to Lowe's to get a new set of something CLOSE cause they didnt have those plyers. Which made the process a little longer in all.

The seats are almost done and all I have to do is the passengers seat. I will have pictures as soon as I am done so you all can see our wonderful work.
