Is this a good thing?
I had my Fuel Injectors cleaned and Fuel filter replaced, and on my way home my CEL turned off. Could this mean that I'm home free with out replacing my O2 sensor or my Knock Sensor? I had error codes for both.

How do you see it as a Vicious cycle? Just because a CEL comes on and points to an 02 sensor doesn't only mean that the sensor is bad. It also means that the sensor is reading values that are out of its parameters.

If I were you, I would simply run with it for a while. Aint' no sense in fixing what ain't broke. And, keeping a bad O2 sensor on your car's not gonna hurt anything else anyways.
