Glimpse from freshalloy of the new Maxima front end..

I am not sure if this was posted here yet, but here is a link to a pic that was posted on the mailing list for the front end of the new maxima. That is one ugly headlight...nasty.

Looks like a front end of a 3-series sedan, especially those tiny useless fog lights.

It is hideous........I can't believe they kept the same "look" for the throw-up-your-cookies front headlights on the 5th gens....who honestly thinks they don't look frumpy and out of place.......

3rd gens still ownz......

Looks like they're keeping the Chrysler front-end look. If the car wasn't such a great value, I'd be looking elsewhere.

Bill, 3rd gens are great but they won't last forever!

nah ... the lexus headlights get sucked back towards the driver ... that appears to be the case here as well except it looks like alittle puddle of water.

Hmm... came from this site:

Arup Design Research

Doesn't seem to say anything about it being the Maxima, the other's in the gallery does have the names of the manufacturer it was designed for and what model it is.

Then again, if this is going to be it... i actually like it.

It's not the size of your lamps, it's how good the beam pattern is.

I think we need to see the whole car before we write it off. What if you only had a closeup of JLOs butt? after you see the rest, it's not so bad...

Looks like it could be a predecessor to the 5th gen, but who knows if thats really it, it could be some new Chrysler!

Definite 5th gen Maxima contour in the bumper, I'm surprised they would so blatantly yoink the headlight shape like that though.

The headlights reminds me of the new 7 series....

The grill reminds me of my 5th gen. The lower bumper portion and fog lights reminds me of the 5th generation.

For some odd reason, I think it looks alittle photoshopped.
