Not roadkill, but a good run anyway...

I rolled up to a noisy-*** '98+ Z28 and he actually revved on me (my wife said she was flattered that he'd consider racing her "grocery-getter"! ) We took off and I hung in until we hit about 50 (which surprised me even in the Max) and then he pulled in front of me and backed off. He definitely revved on me at the light, but I don't know if he was really on it hard or not (it sounded like it, but his car also sounded like s**t so who knows). There was a Corsica that had been messing with me up until that point (but I wasn't playing back yet) and I think his jaw hit the floorboards as me and the Z28 left him at the light.

is that an SE? I'ld buy that thing B4 a Camry Anyday.. the new Altima looks much better. I think they did something with the rear trunk part to make it look higher in the back.. the SE from the side looks bad A$$..

I was driving the Maxima at the time ... and it's stock. Only "mods" were turning off overdrive and the A/C!!

The 2000 Alty got the wrap-around, projector-beam style heads, jewel-look tails, and an nice-looking accent bar across the trunk lid. They also added the gray lip accents to the front and rear. I think they lowered it a bit, and gave it (SE model only) the 16" rims and the front STB. I'm starting to like it better than my '94 and '96 Alty's.
