nobody here listens to straightedge, hardcore, punk...so i'll mention it. i also like some of the earlier 90's alternative rock bands. some more mellow stuff and classic rock if i need a total changeup. a friend of mine introduced me to drum and bass, but its somewhat hard to find.

A little of nearly everything.

Apollo 440, Dave Matthews, Enigma, Sting, DJ Quicksilver, Astral Projection, Hybrid, 303Infinity

(can we say, "burn your own" )

Plus local radio stations -- Classic Rock, Current Rock, Pop, some country, etc.

I have the soundtrack to The Saint in the deck right now.

DAVE MATTHEWS BAND

I listen to the greatest and most talented jam band in history, of course. The Dave Matthews Band. The more I listen to it, especially some of the incredible bootlegs that are out there, the more I am forming the opinion that all else just plain sucks and lacks imagination.

DMB is in a class by themselves !

Well... in the summer, when I roll my windows down, I like to crank out some metal/hark rock (Metallica, Papa Roach, Disturbed, Marilyn Mason, Godsmack). And when I'm feeling particularly evil, I crank up a good Britney Spears/BSB/NSync sound. (Yes, I am man enough to admit that I like them.... some of the songs actually sound good... and yes, I know they are a passing fad.)

But in the winter, when I have windows up, I just listen to whatever's on the radio or whatever I'm in the mood for. Can range from a hip-hop to freestyle to metal to rap to pop to classical (I love Vivaldi's Four Seasons).

And the classics are good to: Hendrix, the Doors, the Who, Eagles, a little but of Elvis, Pink Floyd.

well I answered this before

If radio is ****ty, than I put in a Beastie Boys CD when I want to drive fast or somekind of old school freestyle/trance.

What's good to hear to make the subwoofers really kick. I tried classical music and the subbies were shaking the whole block.

Savage Garden

OK I'm kidding...but I do have one of their CD's. My previous GF liked them a lot so I had to get one to keep her happy (and quiet).
