My rep over at Stillen gave me measurements for the spoiler. They are as follows:

Looking at the stock spoiler from rear of car, look at the two center two pedistals (below LED light) now measure from the center of each one I got 24 1/4 inches across(center-center)Almost a direct fit!!
As for the end pedistals, near the edges of the trunk, they will NOT be bolted down to the car, Stillen provides us with a rubber gasket and double stick tape to hold them down. Also a hole for the LED power wire. Should be plenty, unless you yank on your spoiler everyday! The LED included is 10 inches wide.

My Measurments of STOCK NISSAN SPOILER:
1) from center to center of pedistals
24.25 inches

Stillen Measurements of TYPE II SPOILER:
2) from center to center of pedistals
24.5 inches

In my homest opinion its gonna be very close!!
He told me that he gave a 1/4" or so of leeway for the wing to fit with the OEM holes. Stillen didnt have a Maxima on their lot to try and fit up the Type II spoiler to it. They also told me that "THEY CANNOT GAURANTEE FITTMENT TO THE OEM HOLES" So I think I will be the guine pig for all of us and see how it fits on my car. I will order one Monday and fill you guys in as soon as i get it on my car, probably by the end of next week sometime. Hope she fits..... if it does fit i will post and give you guys the Extenstion for the Group deal over at Stillen for when you order.

**PLEASE REPLY TO THIS** I NEED DEFINITE BUYERS!!!!!!

You shouldn't measure like that. Open the hood and remove the under carpet. THEN measure where you see the bolts holding the spoiler are. This is how Stillen has the measurments. Measuring like this is more exact than measuring from the outside and you don't have to be the little pig.
when you get it order me one too so we'll save on shipping =)

I though Stillen discountinued these! If not, this is great, I need one for my spoiler less GLE and fast, as it will be in the body shop for touch ups early December.

This is the kind that looks stock, but slightly taller, right?

As of right now, i was told they only have a red LED for the spoiler. 10" long. Most likely they will not have a clear LED. There are places that i have seen who make Clear LED lights. I was gonna buy one for my stock wing but, i figured id wait and see if this deal comes through. I know Wings West carries them, they might have the same size to fit the Type II wing. I know there is other stores who make them also. when i find out about a store that carriers one i will post.
SKIMAX has volenteered to visit Stillen and try the fittment on his Max. So should be late next week when we find out if its a go or not.

It doesn't matter for me! I don't have a spoiler now, so I want one regardless of if it matches OEM holes!

I will know as soon as SKIMAX goes down to Stillen weither or not the deal is a go. For anyone who doesnt have a spoiler they still will be able to buy one from Stillen. For the guys who need it to fit the OEM holes we just have to wait. As for the list I have a list with everyone's names and E-mails who are down for the wing, I will also post ASAP when i hear from SKIMAX.

EWWWWW!!! who ever heard of a touring wing on a maxima. Those were made for Honda's and other 4 cylinders. I say rip it off and get in on my group deal for the Type II spoiler from Stillen.

The price has not been discussed yet but look for it to be around $220 or so + shipping, depending on the number of people who buy one, that will determine the price of it. I should know whats up Tuesday after SKIMAX goes to Stillen Monday and tests the fittment of the type II that they started making for us.
