Put the OE Y pipe back on

OK I got the OE Y pipe back on my car since it looks like it may be several weeks until my cattman Y gets fixed. Anyway, the car is a ton more quiet. Its evident of the restriction, because the exhaust doesnt spew out the back like it used to, nor does it sound the same. When running at the track last night I only ran twice, but my MPH was down to 91 MPH. That didnt help that there was a million people at the track, they had to keep closing down the staging lanes. And then, in the 3 hours I was there, probably 3 severe break downs with people spilling oil all over the track taking 40 minutes to clean up each.

Fortunately for me, both my runs I raced a hopped up purple(!) Dodge R/T Dakota 5.9 truck with exhaust and gauges. Those things are slow as *****. Considering now my speed options were only a intake and a Stillen B, I beat him twice and he's got 2 more cylinders and twice the displacement of me. He musta felt pretty bad being beat by a foreign FWD family sedan that wasnt even running its full potential. I turned 15.4 and then a 15.8. The 15.8 run was just bad with a absolute horrible startup. The launching area was so slick, that I had both wheels completely spinning (quaife) off the line pulling myself a 2.9 60 foot!

I ran a 14.91@95mph with a 2.51 60' last weekend

Eric-
I'm curious to see how your car runs with the new Y-pipe. IMO, I'd buy a new Y-pipe from Warpspeed and sell you Cattman. Save you money and get the WS non-mandrel bent Y-pipe. I think Guido and myself have already proved that the non-mandrel y-pipes are just as good as the mandrel y-pipes.
