i've used it...

it wont hurt your paint at all...
i'm sure you'll be VERY happy with the results...
it will get rid of all the waterspots, bird $hit residue, and all other dirt and stains stuck in your paint.
just follow the directions and you'll be fine.
just DO NOT drop the clay bar...
if you do..make sure you cut off that part with either scissors or a knife...Do NOT just fold it and work with another side cuz you'll scratch the hell out of your paint.

Wax will not make the paint chips go away. I have so many chips in my hood from highway driving. I wax over the paint chips so that they don't rust, but the only way to get rim of them is to have it painted. Boo!

Re: Re: cool...another thing is the paint has

I've tried claybar as well, they work great in removing dirt and stains on the paint. a guy scratched my rear bumper with his bumber and left a huge black lines on it, and clay bar removed them all without a trace.

But like 4DSC said, don't drop them on the ground!! it'll stick any dirt that it comes in contact with and u'll have to cut the dirty clay away.

I used the Mother's Clay Bar, and it really makes a difference. The paint becomes smooth and the shine is restored. However, keep in mind that it will probably take more than one "claying" process to get the results you want, depending on the condition of your paint. Good luck!

I used a clay bar before and it works wonders. I used it to get tar off the side of my car that had been on their for almost the life of it, 4 years. Took it all off and didn't harm the paint at all. Took a lot of arm work but it was well worth it, so I am sure the water spots will also come right off.
