What size drag radial is good for a 15x7 rim?

They have the 205/45/15
and a 275/50/15, but I know nothing about tires and was wondering if any of you guys have any imput into this are, I have a S/C so I want some really sticky tires drags, if that matters.

Hmm, you could be in trouble. 205 sounds too narrow for a 7" rim, which 275 is HUGE and won't fit for sure.

7" is the recommended rim for the 205/45/15 and for the 275/50/15 its a 8.5" rim, decision made.

I had a bad experiance with BFG gForce DR's the rubber began to peal off in layers, not like chunking, but an actual 1/8" layer of rubber ply began to peal on the leading edges of all the tread blocks. I calle BFG and got a case file started, went to the dealer and they told me that yes the pealing was not normal but it was caused by extreme use. HELLO these are drag radials for DRAG racing!!!! The wouldnt do anything for me, not even prorate me. SO I WILL NEVE BUY A BFG PRODUCT AGAIN!
I am going with slicks. You can get the 22x8x15 MT's they seem to work good for the folks I taked to. I am waiting for M&H to start pruduction up again, they make a 24x9.5-15 that will be perfect. And dont sweat the axles they seem to hold. Dont do a 6k drop clutch launch though just take it easy.
My experiance with the drag radials is that they are a compramise, they are a bit better for the track than regular street tires but they are street legal. The slicks are MUCH better than street tires but are not street legal. If you are only going to get these tires for the track, get the slicks, screw the drag radials!
(PS; AAA Plus w/100miles of towing is ~$70 per year, its cheap insurence )

Thats the same size I have been using lately (205/45/15).
Of course I can smoke them about a mile. They break loose on launch, again when I hit the juice, and again when I hit second. Once I smoked them almost to the 1/8th mile mark (on video).
