I'm going to remove my Cattman Y-pipe

I'm going to remove my cattman y-pipe to see if I have the flex failure. My question is, will I need new gasket if I wanted to put my stock pipe on. Is the gasket reusable?

The gasket that goes between the y-pipe and the cat can be reused if it's still in good shape. But the two gaskets that seal the connection to the exhaust manifold you will have to replace. They are crush rings and can only be used once to form a tight fit.

wouldnt it be more easier to just remove the cat and look through the flex from there? maybe use a mirror with a flashlight
