Couple of Fun Roadkills
I had a couple of fun roadkills on my communte to school today and yesterday.
Yesterday:
I was on the highway and a LT1 Impala SS caught my eye. He was trying to play with another car up ahead, so I caught him and got behind him. I paced him at 90 and saw an opening and got in the middle lane. He hit it (heard his nice v8 rumble), I stayed in forth gear and easily pulled 3 cars on him but 115. Visible mods were exhaust, tints, clear tails, and custom paint/body work. His passenger gave me a thumbs up as I passed and was checking out my Maxi.
Today:
I was minding my own business when a newer GTI VR6 Manual got on the highway and then proceeded to ride my @ss. This ****es my off, so I sped up an he followed. I then nailed it and he did the same and I pulled on him very slightly. He started from behind me, so I couldnt get a good judge of how much.
All in all, I am proud of my broken Maxi! Im amazed at how many cars I can still hang with or kill with 20 less FWHP than a stock 5th gen 5 speed.
