Hey guys, my insurance is being canceled with my parents because I decided I am taking this semester off so that means I cannot have coverage under them.

I am 20 years old clean history. How much should my rates be every 6 months? I hope I don't have to do $300/month. That would blow.

 

Call your insurance company and find out. Then call 5 others and ask them to quote also.

What others are paying won't have a bit difference on what you pay.

 

Sadly, I think you'll be paying around $300.00 or so per month. I know, it sucks! But the reality is that your a 20 year old unmarried male and well, insurance companys don't really like that.
