I was wondering what the best sounding muffler would be for my 95. Obviously I want something with a smooth deep tone. Right now I have an intake/ y pipe/ gutted cat. Whats going to give me the deepest tone? I guessing HKS or greddy? Where is the cheapest place to buy it?? How much are aftermarket mufflers? Just the muffler, Thanks guys, Steve

Gutting, is a unless no hp gain kind of mod that just pollutes the air more so why do you get a RT cat? And stop doing ricer moves.

Haha ricer moves...man give me a break. Your quick to judge. I gutted my cat because there was a serious problem with it. I didnt do it to get hp gains. I did it for a hope to restore hp that I had lost. I not going to argue with you anymore bro. Thats my situation, and now I looking for a muffler that will give me a nice tone. For some reason, those Tunable "Race-can" style mufflers offer a very deep mellow tone. Just try to get the longest one (350 mm) to keep it quiet.

 

I got Greddy SP catback exhaust on my 97 I30, which is the same for the maxima. It sounds great! It has a nice deep tone.

 

But does anyone know where to get just the muffler? Everywhere I look, I have to buy the b pipe too.
