Anyone install aftermarket seat heaters in their 4th gen?

Anyone install aftermarket seat heaters in their 4th gen?
I've got a set from leatherseats.com but the directions are unclear.

How'd you go about fastening the upholstery clips (aka hog rings) through the heating element?
