It still not all that. I have the kit in my car and it's no where near as aggressive as I had imagined. From what I have read, Don's VB mod is much better. The transgo is probably much better than nothing but that's about it. If you are looking for a VB mod, spend the money and get Don's I wish I had done it while I had my tranny out. My .02 cents.

transgo kit is a "shift improver"...it's in NO WAY a shift kit.
it makes the tranny slightly more reliable and makes the shifts a **little** (i stress little) faster. don't think you'll get the neck snapping action with this kit.

Exactly, you certainly don't have a big change at all.

Exactly!!!!
The Donīs stuff dont fit my car the only way to go its the level ten VB recalibration that is too expensive!!! and the transgo stuff.

So I will go the transgo its better than nothing and will make my tranny last longer and gain a little time between gears.

I'm using the transgo shift kit, and I like it. It makes first and second shift faster. It'll lead to longer tranny life. Also used Royal purple ATF and a tranny cooler. There is some stuff with the kit that you cannot install unless the tranny is out but no biggie. Overall its a very good tranny upgrade.
