you want chrome-illusion for 19.99 ( you got it)
to all the ppl who like pretty colors that chrome-illusion paint makes but don't want to pay $300 a pint from dupont?
(this is paint that changes color when u look at it at different angles)
solution: AUTOZONE! yes autozone now carries a kit that they sell for 19.99/ it comes with primer,paint,clear-coat/ and all instructions to make anything chrome-illusion! i tried it and it works beautifully!
purple/green
purple/silver
green/silver
blue/silver
etc
the best part to paint on a maxima with this paint is the valve cover/ use an allen key to take off/ tape off the part u don't want painted/ paint away.
what i did was lightly sand the whole thing with fine sand paper/ sparay the whole thing/ ounce ur done with the 3rd coat/ before the clear/ use nail polish in what ever color u want and paint the letters on the cover/ let dry/ then give it like 3 layers of clear. ur done and it will look very nice. and original too!
