AP-SIGNWORKS prototype chrome-mirror dash kit..
This is a one of a kind dash kit made from a mirror-chrome metallic material, fits the same and is the same thickness as the brushed aluminum kits. You need to contact Shadow for any info on pricing or having these kits made (sales@ap-signworks.com).

Glad you guys like it. We had never done a chrome one for the Maxima before, so I was kind of hesitant, but Jason kept bugging me for it, so we finally went ahead and did it. I guess it did turn out pretty well.

Looks good. I'm sure cleaning is a hassle but its perfect for car shows considering how non-stock it looks. Now if you can only get around to getting a black anodized kit for me(your own brother who owns a 1/3rd of that company from which you get money to outfit your beloved Maxima) we'll be set.

I was looking for Duplicolor products, since they have a new spray that gives the anodized look, but it's not on their site yet. The anodizing spray could help those wanting to color code stuff(ex: blue-tinted chrome).

there are a lot of finishes that we can do these kits in, but the fact is that price would be higher than the brushed aluminum kit because these kits would not be produced for the entire public.
i do think a gunmetal kit would sell okay and i think we may try and set up something with that.
oh stop complaining justin, you dont do 1/2 the work, you do 3/4. just kidding.

i couldnt stand mine, none of the pieces fit well.. way too much gap between the carbon fiber and the dash pieces, plus it isnt real carbon fiber unless you pay about $600.

I forgot how much I paid for mine. I got it from Joshua Tree. Look like real carbon fiber to me or good enough at least. Mine fit very well, guess it depend on where you get the kit.

The dash kit looks OK, maybe just have to get a better view in person... sort of like pics doing no justice for HID.

We have black opal, it's called black chrome. But it's one of the most expensive materials. To make a dash kit for the Max out of that, I'd have to sell it for $295.

i am sure if enough people wanted a GD could be set up to lower the cost, but think about what you are getting.. i product that does not exist anywhere else, yes 5-10 other maxima owners might have it, but compare that to a carbon fiber dash kit???!!!

Please dont take this as a personal attack, and this is just my personal view so dont try to make me out to be some bad guy.
Honestly the kit seems nice, but chrome on a brown/tan interior - its more then tacky to me, honestly i would definetly get the kit if i had the money for it and my interior was black. Also shadow was talking about the black chrome kit... that would look very good on a black interior car.
let me just re-iterate what i previously stated becauce there are alot of morons on the org that cant read or comprehend....

bro nice pics. i always wanted to see a chrome/alminum dash kit on a tan interior. it doesn't look bad. i agree it looks a lot better on a black interior, but it also looks good on a tan. imho
this is a question for everybody. other than a wood dash kit, what other type of dash would look good on a tan interior? just out of curiosity b/c i have a tan interior and don't know what would look good.
thanks.
