Anyone on stock springs and AGX's??????

Its time for me to upgrade the struts. I'm kind of tired of my stock suspension making my car feel wobbly at high speeds. I'll be ordering next week. Can anyone shed some light on this setup?

I thought you had sprints...??

why not just get the springs instead? Or better yet do it all at once?

Springs will improve handling as much/more than struts and will make your ride look sooo much phatter.

I've had my b&g's on my stock '95 SE struts for about 6k miles now and no problems yet...of course the struts are noisy becuase they clank around alot more b/c of the added spring weight but that's normal when using stockers as struts.

BTW, are you ever going to get rims for your ride man?

When you hear Sprintmax say I'm stock, I'm as stock as you can get besides my Stillen brakes and Courtesy strut bar. I don't want to do any cosmetic mods to my car until I buy my house. So until then, my car won't be turning heads on Maxima.org. As for the springs, I don't want to drop the car until the streets up here get better. There's so much construction up here its rediculous. I want a nicer ride at high speeds while keeping the stock look. Trust me, I'm not getting rid of the car so when I start the cosmetic stuff, look out.

I forgot about that. I'm wondering if there is creaking and noises like when you use aftermarket springs.

I would upgrade springs at the same time. It's a pain (and a waste of money if you don't do it yourself).

I'll get one of the MA members to help me out with the install but I really don't want to do the springs just yet.

My Progress springs are very quiet. Running with AGX, they handle the really bad local roads just fine.

After I sold everything, i decided to keep the AGX on the Max. The AGX on stock springs still handles very good. I don't get the floaty feeling on the highway with the AGX. It corners pretty well (dependong on how stiff you have them). I have mine set up on 1(F) & 4(R). I do feel the ride is a bit harsher then having OEM struts. I dont have any noises at all when i turn or go over bumps.

Actually H&R's are not rough. Anyway, he LOOOVES the AGX and stock springs, but let him tell you for yourself.
